- Prices are non-negotiable, however, discounts will be extended at my discreet if you are getting a considerable number of items.

- Sorry, I will not provide my contact number until your order arrives.

- All sales are final. Goods sold cannot be refunded, exchanged nor returned.

- No cancellation after payment is made.

- All deposits are non-refundable unless item is out-of-stock.

- All measurements given are approximate, but actual product shouldn't be too far off...

- All Coach items sold on this blog are 100% authentic and are purchased direct from Coach boutiques, outlets or high-end department stores in US.

- All items will come with tags attached/uncut, however do not come with gift receipt, coach paper bag, gift box, ribbon, coach sticker, coach paper wrap etc..

- As shipping cost is calculated based on the size and weight, I always ask my seller not to include the giftbox and stuff... With super limited quantities, gift box (8"x5") and coach wrapper is available only upon request. Appreciate if you only request for it if you really require it...
