- A 50% deposit is required.
- A typical waiting period of 7-10* working days is required.
- I will place order only upon receipt of deposit.
- All deposits will be refunded within 3 working days if item is out of stock.
- Once deposit is made, there will be no cancellation/ change of order. In the event that you do not wish to proceed, all deposits made will be forfeited.
- You will receive an email from me once your order is confirmed, after which you will not hear from me for the next few days until your order arrives.
- You will receive a sms/ email from me once your order is here.
- Payment of the balance amount has to be made before your item can be mailed out/ ready for collection.
- All pre-orders have to be collected within 1 month (from the date i informed you about the arrival of your order), after which all deposits and orders will be forfeited.
Shipment:
- There will typically be consolidated shipment twice a month, ie. 15th* and 30th*. Eg, if u order before 2nd*, u are likely to get your item on 15th*. If you are in any urgency or u need the item by a particular date, pls reconfirm with me before making any pre-order.
- If expedited shipment (about 5-7* working days) is required, there is a SGD30 shipping charge on 1st item, 50% on subsequent items. Pls note this is just a guideline and is subject to changes due to flactuating shipping rates.
